At Pelham we believe in transparency and we're always striving to improve. Here are the results of our April 2021 Resident's survey. As you can see our resident's are, on the whole, very satisfied with life at Pelham House.
However, while it's been a struggle during lock down, it's clear we can still improve on the Social Activities we provide so our staff team will be brainstorming additional activities that we can provide, whatever the circumstances.
