On Friday afternoon we all joined in with Lockdown Exercise with H – a 9 year old young lady who has created videos of exercises that have been especially designed for people living with dementia.
Over 100 care providers joined in with the live event. It was great fun and we even sang along to Superman and Agadoo by Black Lace!
